Once you do this, you can create a unique package or service that suits their every need. Don’t forget to look at your competitors and understand what can set you apart from them. You want a service that your customers aren’t going to find anywhere else.
You must understand your customers first and foremost. Understand their wants, needs and everything in between. Your customers will be grateful that you get them and aren’t just trying to follow everyone else. Once you understand them, create a package that no one else offers that you know they’re going to love. Then that is your competitive advantage. Knowing this will help you stand apart from your competitors and gain an advantage on them.
