Two Companies, One Goal
The business started in 1997, offering just six products — three kinds of caramel corn and three flavors of glazed nuts — but has grown into a thriving business, now offering more than 50 unique products.
The Scherrers are committed to offering the highest quality products, using the freshest ingredients. Their two companies, Pacific NW Gourmet Foods and Lyfonda Farm, each bring unique offerings to the family dinner table.
Pacific NW focuses its products on baking essentials and soups, such as beer bread mixes and creamy bisques.
